Cute Valentine's Day Nail Tutorial

It's a special romantic day but not everyone wants to be all romantic and smooshy... some people prefer to grasp the cute side of the holiday and make a play on the colour scheme. 

I grew up thinking that pink and red were enemies on the colour wheel and were never to be worn together.  Now, while I wouldn't run out and grab the first outfit I could find in these colours, I would definitely decorate my nails with them.  In fact, I really like the different shades together and you can create such amazing nail art with them.

Today, I have the first in my Valentine's Day nail art tutorials and it is one that is aimed at those who desire a cute, fun, whimsical design over the classic nail.  It is super easy to do and a lot of fun.  I guarantee you will have people noticing your nails :)
