It's not just me... I cannot be the only person in the world who can relate to the Twitter hashtag #bookloverproblems. In fact, I recently asked my Tweeps what some of their #bookloverproblems were and here are some of their responses...
Pixie Lynn Whitfield (@addiction2books) - Having to dip into my book fund to
pay for my girl's cheerleading. Means no bookstore trips for awhile.
Zara Garcia-Alvarez (@ZaraAlexis) - People in my
family think I'm a library, borrow my books, and then don't return them.
Giselle San Miguel (@booknerdcanada) - Not remembering if I already own a book and buying a duplicate!
Laurie Burns (@lauriecburns) - Staying up way too late because I can't stop reading, be sleepy at work the next day
Joanne Angelina (@joanneangelina) - heading into your favorite bookstore, swearing you'd only get one book- and coming out with six.
Teri Beth (@teri_beth) - deciding what to read next
Zara Garcia-Alvarez (@ZaraAlexis) - In love with a fictional main character and subconsciously compares him to your husband! LOL!
Tyler Leigh Murphy (@Star_By_Night) - Getting so excited to read a new book, then realizing half way through the first chapter you have read it already Alicia Argenti (@aliciabeesha78) - when you find out that your favourite book is being made into a movie & you're scared they'll ruin it
(TTP note: My Sister's Keeper... RUINED)
It doesn't really matter who said it, a book-lover can relate to just about any of the above #bookloverproblems. I would love to hear what your #bookloverproblems are so please leave me a comment below or tweet me using the #bookloverproblems hashtag. Who knows, next time YOUR name could be included in the post!! :)

Nice blog post!! :)
ReplyDeletehehe, love this! I always hate reading over lunch (and I get an hour lunch so I have A LOT of time to read) and then having to go back to work. Sigh. So unfair. Let me stay in the imaginary literary world!
